1. Products

All items are handmade in small batches. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor calibration and the handmade nature of our products. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund.

3. Personalization

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Please double-check your personalization text before submitting.

4. Shipping

Processing time is 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items in original condition. Contact us at hello@yusunnyday.com to initiate a return.

6. Intellectual Property

All product photos, designs, and content are owned by YusunnyDay. Do not reproduce without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

YusunnyDay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
